The new logo design for North Hill Estates features a dynamic upwards arrow symbolizing north, while the arrow’s peak elegantly forms the roofline of a house, capturing the essence of the vibrant residential neighborhood. Nestled within are rolling hills that beautifully represent the hills referenced in the name.

It was a pleasure to collaborate with my neighborhood association on an exciting rebranding initiative aimed at refreshing our outdoor signage and appealing to prospective home buyers. With the introduction of our new identity mark, the updated signage is now not only more visually appealing but also significantly easier to read from a distance or while driving by. Beyond the signage, we are also focusing on enhancing community engagement to cultivate a strong sense of belonging among residents. By organizing neighborhood events and establishing a vibrant social media presence, we strive to strengthen connections and showcase the unique charm of North Hill Estates. Together, we are fostering a lively community that warmly welcomes new families and celebrates our shared values.
